Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Redemption:

   • This gift card can be redeemed online at www.atthe19th.com.au.

   • The card is not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

2. Expiration:

   • The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

   • Please check the expiration date on the card for reference.

3. Lost or Stolen Cards:

   • Treat this card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.

4. Non-Transferable:

   • This gift card is non-transferable and cannot be resold.

5. Use Restrictions:

   • The card may not be used to purchase other gift cards.

   • It cannot be applied to previous purchases.

   • Must be used in one (1) transaction and are of one (1) time use

6. Combining Gift Cards:

   • Multiple gift cards cannot be combined for a single purchase.

7. Refunds:

   • Purchases made with the gift card are subject to the store's standard return policy.

   • Refunds for returned items will be credited back to the gift card.

8. Fraud Prevention:

   • If a gift card is deemed fraudulent or used without authorization, it will be voided.

9. Gift Card Abuse:

   • Any attempt to tamper with, duplicate, or otherwise abuse the gift card system may result in legal action.
